I write and post your weight & cardiovascular workouts and your nutrition and supplementation plans to my website. This is only accessible to you with a log in and password. Depending on your lifestyle, if you need at home workouts as well as workouts to complete when at the gym I can provide that too. I understand that not every day allows everyone to make it to the gym so we create a plan that does not allow for excuses.
The plans are 8 weeks in length and built custom to your goals, and based upon your metabolic needs and current level of fitness. You will have my cell phone number and email address if you need to contact me with questions in regards to any part of the program, or if you require motivation to stay on track. This falls into the 24 hour support that we offer with each program.
Once a week you send me your body weight, and once a month your measurements and pictures, which we post on your private page, to track your progress. If you stop making progress or losing weight I adjust your plans according to your body’s needs.
We also offer daily check ins to help guide you to your goals and keep your motivation first and foremost!
