We will be running a new 8 week God Body Personal Training Online Health and Fitness Facebook Group every 4 weeks. In this group we will be providing your workouts, general nutrition, mobility, supplementation recommendations, daily motivation/accountability, tips and tricks, and 24/7 support just like in our full price online programs. Each client who joins will provide me with before pictures and measurements which will be redone to help monitor progress at 4 weeks and at the end of the program at 8 weeks. There will also be weekly weight ins. The pictures, measurements and exact weight are sent to us privately and are only shared with the group if you choose.
For the workouts if you have any injuries or limitations we will provide alternatives for you. You will have the choice of at home workouts using bands and/or dumbbells, stability ball and a mat OR in gym workouts.
For the general nutrition each client will have 5 choices:
1. Low Carb
3. Intermittent Fasting
Within this group everyone is encouraged to share their own triumphs or struggles, recipes, ideas, etc. It is a great way to learn through others experiences, stay accountable and get to know others who are in the same boat as you trying to balance work, family, social life, and fitness!
PS. Current clients who have prepaid for future online plans CAN use that as a credit towards participating in this group!
