Fast AND Delicious Meatballs
Same Recipe can be made with ground turkey
Original recipe makes 18 meatballs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (20 ounce) package ground turkey
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with the olive oil, and place it in the oven while preheating.
Form the meat into golf ball sized meatballs. Place about 1 inch apart in the hot baking dish. Press down to flatten the bottom just slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn them over, and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, or until somewhat crispy on the outside. Serve with pasta sauce or however you’d like.
Add in Marinara Sauce or any other low carb/low calorie sauce of your choice.
This recipe can also be done with ground turkey, and any other vegetable item you would like to stuff (tomato, zucchini, etc)

1 1/4 pounds ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 (15.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
6 red bell peppers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the ground beef, and cook until brown and crumbly. Pour off and rinse off excess grease under water in a cullender in the sink, then stir in garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Cook and stir until the onions soften just a bit, about 3 minutes. Stir the cheese into the mixture, and set aside.
Cut the tops off of the peppers, and remove the veins and seeds. Fill each pepper with the ground beef mixture and pour in some of the chicken broth. Place into the cups of a muffin tin, and replace the tops. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.
Steak – Red Wine Vinaigrette Marinade With Onions
Original recipe makes 2 cups Change Servings
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper, mustard, onion, and garlic. Mix together well, and use to marinate your favorite meat.
Steak and Broccoli Stir fry
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
1-1/2 pound Top Sirloin Steak, Sliced 1 Inch Thick
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Ginger Spices
2 bunches Broccoli
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Heat a small amount of soy sauce in a large saute pan.
Stir together the oil, vinegar, and ginger and add to the saute mixture (beef, onions, garlic, soy sauce).
Put broccoli in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli to the meat mixture and keep warm
